The browser is not complaining about your add-on. It refuses every folder under AppData, and Minecraft’s com.mojang folder lives there. No website can turn that off.

Easiest: download Windows sync script, unzip it into your add-on scripts folder (com.mojang is fine), and double-click sync-worldedit-api.cmd when the API files change.

Automatic writes from this tab still need a Documents copy:
